Scott Shotter to Get “Badass Culture” for Fuzzy’s Taco Shop
Scott Shotter, a franchise veteran, has been named Chief Operating Officer of Fuzzy's Taco Shop. With nearly 150 franchised and corporate-owned locations in 17 states, the Texas-based restaurant group is known for its Baja-style fare.
Before Fuzzy, Shotter was the President of Condado Tacos and CEO of Backyard Burgers. Shotter and Fuzzy's Taco Shop CEO Paul Damico previously worked at Moe's Southwest Grill as Vice President and CEO, respectively, and together led to brand's explosive growth from 200 to 700 units between 2009 and 2016.
